Okay so I've always been fuzzy on the exact timeline of the rp. I sat down today and tried to pinpoint everything in Bobby's history so I could correspond it to Jubes' so she wouldn't have met Remy even though Bobby did--Anyway! Point is that something doesn't add up.

Now, this effects everyone, but I'm using it in relation to Bobby's history because it's the easiest way to explain it.

I generally assumed Bobby was 17 or 18 in X3. So if I remember right (which I might not so let me know), Rogue left four or five months after getting the cure. Then, and this I'm even fuzzier on, current day in the rp is a few months after that? Like maybe five?

Well that would make the current day almost a year after X3. Which would make Bobs 18, maybe 19. So we're missing two years in there somewhere, aren't we? I know you'll say 'Well you did your math wrong then, Bobby should be 19'. But I made him 19 originally until I saw John was 20, Rogue was 21, and Pete was like 22, along with some others. It just doesn't seem to add up, because they didn't seem that old in the movies.

So someone who knows for a fact please clarify how much time we decided was between X2 and X3, and how much time between X3 and current day in the rp. Thanks!

I think we had it at about a year between X2 and X3, and maybe 8-9 months since Alcatraz.

I had John down as just turned 18 in the second movie, so just gone 19 in the third, and he's just passed his 20th birthday. I just wanted Piotr to be that little bit older than the others so made him that way.

He came to the institute just before his seventeenth birthday.

Mags had enough time to forge business relationships with rich men, as well as have El Dorado built. So it'd had to have been several months between now and X3. I'd say roughly almost a year.

Alright. That helps immensely. And I made a timeline in case anyone else cares to know like I do. I think it'd be helpful to know when students arrived and/or left, but it can be taken off and just keep the main stuff.

When it says '_ months (or years) before', thats the number of months/years before the current day in the rp, not the number of months/years before the thing above it. For example, X3 happened nine months before current day.


CURRENT DAY - CURRENT DAY
4 months before - Rogue leaves Xavier's (at same time, Rogue and Bobby break up)
8 months before - Jubilee leaves Xavier's to live with aunt
9 months before - ***X3 happens*** (including, Rogue is cured)
1 year, 9 months before (abt) - ***X2 happens***
2 years before (abt) - ***X-Men 1 happens***
. - Jubilee arrives at Xav's
4 years before - Bobby starts attending Xav's
. - Gambit arrives at Xav's
4 1/2 years before - Gambit leaves Xav's

There can't have been that much time between X-Men and X2; Wolverine was gone from the mansion for months, perhaps, but not years.

I've been figuring on like 5 months since X3, but as long as it's less than a year, that's OK with me.

I shortened the time between X1 and X2 by half a year.

I only made Rogue 21 because I figured she aught to be at least old enough to drink, if she was going to house a bunch of cured kids But I think since then in the RP I've said neither Rogue nor Lee were old enough to buy, so I could change her age.

I think maybe a year younger would be better, but it's not a huge deal and it's your character so I don't want to make you change stuff. It's up to you.
