I'm going to try to break things down into days, but that not might be so easily done. South America time is fuzzy chaos.
Day One: Magneto talks to Preacher, then checks up on Rasp. At the end of the day, while training, he regained more of his powers.
Day Two: Magneto reads about the bank heist done by the Brotherhood and sends a direct message to Genosha.
Day Three: The message is replied to. Magneto is given a date at which to meet up with The Brotherhood. He plans on sending Preacher in his stead.
