Entry 1: THE MAGAZINE!!!

So, my day. The first part I pretty much spent worrying about the magazine thing. And working out. Sometimes, I multi-tasked and did both!

The magazine--I should probably explain. I was asked by Teen People to do a cover story. And Ororo okayed it yesterday, so I'm doing it. I'm doing it either tomorrow or the next day. It should be out in like a week. I'm excited. Nervous. But excited.

So, before dinner, I talked to Kitty by the stairs about the magazine thing.

Then I went to talk to Ororo about it. She and Kurt were rummaging for something to make dinner with, so we couldn't really talk then. Besides, the magazine people called and I had to leave quickly.

When I got off the phone, I somehow turked everything into Turkish. Seriously. But by some really weird coincidence, this new guy Forge had just gotten to the school --literally, I nearly ran into him at the door--and he's a genius with tech stuff. He pointed at it and fixed everything. Even gave me some sweet ringtones. Though I still love 'Over My Head' by The Fray. In a melancholy sort of way. So I talked to him for a minute, and then Storm and Liam both showed up. So I talked to Liam for a bit, then headed for my room.


Headed there. But never went. I went around the back way, through the offices. Ran into Kurt, and had a chat with him in his office. Got some much-needed help --he gives great advice. A real 'the glass is half full' kind of guy.

Then I decided to await judgement with Storm and hung around the offices for her to finish up with Forge. Kurt came by again with Rayen, a new girl. We hung out for a while, I showed her around. She's cool; hey, all girls reading this, hang out with her. And stuff.

Finally found Storm and got to talk with her. We went into the living room for a chat . She okayed the magazine thing--thank goodness.

After that, I came up here to the library to write this. Now I'm going to bed. G'night, all.

BTW - I just thought of something. If the cure's not permanent, shouldn't somebody be tracking down Magneto? I do believe he's due for his shots.

Well, he had, like, four. In the chest. And I thought someone said he died. There might not be anything left to find. But I think we should probably be looking, anyway, just in case. You could mention that to Teen People and make them do some investigative journalism!

Well, I think since he had them at the same time, they'd all run out of his system at the same time. But I don't know, science isn't really my forte. And I heard he was dead, too, but I don't know. I think I'd have to hear some solid proof. I mean, they never even found his body.

But on to less gruesome things. I would have fought back, but sometimes people deserve props. I know you aren't used to receiving props, but it's your lucky day. Besides, you're hard to nickname. Somehow Ms. Wall-Walker-Througher doesn't sting like a good nickname should.
