OOC: Decided it was time Nightingale had a blog. This entry is from before her arrival in the states, as you'll see. Just wanted to establish a bit of history.

Hey guys, how's it going? I'm updating from Singapore airport, which explains why I'm not, you know, in school. My mum chucked me on a plane this morning to take me to the U.S. for a new... medicine. I'm sure you guys know what I'm talking about. I keep telling her that I'm fine, but you know her - she's insisting.
So plane food is crap, even mum cooks better than that and I know that Read's tasted her cooking, so he can attest to how bad that must be. This airport rocks, though - free internet! Dunno how soon it'll be until I can update again, but I'll try. We'll see what happens. I don't want this stupid treatment, so I'm going to try to convince her. Or, you know, something else - whatever I need to do to get out of it. God I hate my mum sometimes.
Anyway, have to go, because she's calling me over and I don't want her to come behind me and see this. She still doesn't even know I have a blog, and I'm sure that she wouldn't want me communicating with you guys - you know, she doesn't like people who have our... sickness. As if you're contagious.
Miss you guys already. Keep in touch, you know my email addy - if you've forgotten again though, it's on the profile page. Don't care what she does to me, I'll never stop talking to you guys.
