Powers and Abilities:
Weaknesses:
History:
Christian was born looking like any other human baby. His parents were influential Old Money San Fransisco socialites and he lived a life of priviledge. He grew up as a sensitive, shy boy, content to play piano and watch movies, rather than run outside and play with the other boys in his neighborhood. When he started school, he began to get beaten up by the other boys in his grade. His parents worried for their son, and their worry intensified when his sister was born, as now their attention was divided.
In an effort to garner some respect for the boy, his father enrolled him in various martial arts, trying boxing, karate, tai kwan do, judo. But nothing sparked Christian's interest. Then, at age eight, Christian found Capoeira and fell in love. Piano and other interests fell to the wayside as the graceful and acrobatic fighting form filled his life. Christian was no longer bullied at school, as his thin and lanky frame began to become well-defined with muscle.
Just as Christian started coming out of his shell, getting respect from his classmates, making new friends, and being an all-around happier person, disaster struck. Walking home from school one day, a car ran a red light and plowed directly into Christian. Instead of being killed, however, Christian's body exploded into a cloud of green gas. After the car passed and screeched to a stop, Christian's body reformed, albeit leaving him naked in public.
Over the following days, and countless doctor visits, Christian's body began to fall apart again and again. He could no longer remain whole, and any amount of stress - which he was certainly under - caused his new affliction to flare up. Christian began to despair, and his parents were filled with horror as they watched their child fall apart before their eyes.
Then a man appeared at their door one day, a man in a wheelchair with kind eyes and a small smile. His name was Charles Xavier, and he had located Christian with something he called "Cerebro". He offered his help in finding a solution to Christian's problem. Christian noticed early on that Xavier never said he would cure him, only help him. He soon learned that he was a "mutant", and he was not alone. Sadly, his power could not be controlled early enough as Xavier had hoped, and Christian's body was lost forever. Thankfully, before that happened, the Professor had designed a suit for just such a possible outcome. Christian learned that he was not alone in this either, as other students, such as Scott Summers, also couldn't control their powers without help from Xavier's devices.
Christian spent time at the school, but expressed little interest in Xavier's X-Men. He fully believed in the dreams of mutants and humans existing together in peace, however. He had to - he was so far from human now that he must believe there could be a better world.
Sample post:
"I have bad news, Professor." Christian, also known as Dummy, dreaded doing this, but he had come here before doing anything else. After everything Professor Xavier had done for him, he owed him an explanation.
"I know, Christian, I could sense your mind while you were still in your room. I'm very sorry for your loss."
Christian looked at the floor through the glass goggles of his mask. Just a half hour ago, he had recieved a phone call from San Fransisco. His father had died. His mother was left to care for his autistic sister, Eve, and Christian knew what he had to do. As much as he loved the school, he had to leave Xavier's to help his mother take care of their family. Even though the Professor might already know everything in his head, Dummy still felt the need to say it aloud.
"I have to take care of my sister," he started, then stopped. "And help bury my dad." He wrung his leather gloved hands together. "I can't tell you how sorry I am. After what you did for me, how you've helped me...
Xavier moved his chair from behind his desk and came to a stop beside Dummy. "There's no need to apologize, Christian. You're doing the right thing by going home. Just remember that this school's doors are always open to you."
Christian couldn't smile, but he knew the Professor would sense that his words meant a great deal to the young mutant.

Powers and Abilities:
- When Dummy is in his gas form, he can do several things. He can access more areas than others can, as he can slip under doors or through vents. He can also suffocate his enemies by forcing himself over their mouth and nose. In this form, he's fairly invulnerable, though he has to concentrate to keep himself together.
- When in his suit, Dummy's body is as rigid as a normal human's would be. He can control this suit in any way which it can bend, allowing him to perform maneuvers most people can't.
- Christian is an expert at the Capoeira fighting style.
- Christian communicates telepathically.
Weaknesses:
- When in gas form, Dummy must concentrate very hard to keep from disappating. If he doesn't, his form will fall apart and he will die.
- When inside his suit, Dummy has to protect himself from leaks. Being cut through the suit will make him feel like he has been cut as another would, leaking his gas into the air and losing part of himself.
