Bald, black, and bad. Played by Samuel L Jackson, he has a thin moustache and partial goatee. His facial features are chiseled, but he looks sort of thin – definitely intense. Where Fury lacks in mass, he makes up for in attitude. He could intimidate a book into giving him the information he wants, just so he doesn’t have to read it. He has an eyepatch over one clearly wounded eye, and is always seen in black, especially a black trench coat.
Personality:
Fury is to the point, unless he’s specifically playing some sort of game or using a strategy that requires verbal maneuvering. He’s stubborn, and never stops until he gets what it is he’s supposed to get… at the same time, he’s a patriot, and a soldier. He does what he believes is right, even though that will often put him at odds with others.
His extensive time in the field and with normal grunts has given him a tendency towards profanity.
History:
Nick Fury was a Captain in the military before he had to retire for medical reasons, a bullet chipping the bones in his hip and a nasty wound to the face taking his left eye. He could still maneuver, run, etc – it’s just the military statutes demanded that he was physically unfit to serve, despite his capability.
So, horribly saddened, and sporting three purple hearts, two silver stars, and a congressional medal of honor, Captain Nick Fury retired.
He was pulled out of retirement recently by Trask, however, to head up a new special forces unit which answers directly to Bollivar. Fury was unsure how the man pulled the strings to get him re-instated, but he also asked no questions. The opportunity to serve his country again was too strong of a pull… and the cause was one he considered of paramount importance: Dealing with mutants.
So he’s back, with less rules, even. His particular specialty is working with new technologies – being close to the R&D of new weapons and equipment, and utilizing them to the greatest advantage. This gives him an edge in this particular field, where convention will get you no-where.

None. Though military and combat GENIUS. Fury was noted for his particular ability to win battles against amazing odds. He is an inspiring leader, who often has a connection with his men that inspires undying loyalty.
