Copied from the joining guidelines:
Before your character can be moved to the accepted board it must have two stamps - one from myself and a second one from the group leader that your character will be working under. Those mods are as follows:
X-Men: Storm
Brotherhood: Pyro
Mockants: Magneto
Restored Humans: any of the above three can stamp these at this time.
Natural Humans: any of the above three can stamp these at this time.
You will know if you have been stamped if the word "Stamped" or "*stamp*" is in the reply of the above required mods. If this does not appear from EACH MOD you need permission from (for instance, in the case of an X-Man, RogueMarie and myself), you are NOT allowed to begin playing.
If someone begins play without being fully stamped, please do not respond to them!
This is not meant harshly, but it is necessary to maintain order in the game, so that we do not have applicants beginning play without being accepted - that could get very messy.
