For everything you forgot to say elsewhere.
Mine:
Jane will be launching plant thingies from the NovaTeX lawn as soon as the warehouse blows up. If your X-Man is bored, they're big and scary and eat people. (Think 20-foot Venus fly traps.) So just, like, shoot at them. Feel free to kill them and do whatever you want; obviously I can't play them all. There'll be about thirty and will last a few minutes after being detached from their roots, so there's that. They move really, really quickly (since I'm running wild with the theory that some plants have autonomic reflexes) and are sort of like snakes, but obviously, no eyes and no poisons. If you get crunched, you are trapped in a five-foot space between two huge thick "plates" and there are "teeth" like bars keeping you from getting out, and acid (ph 2) will slowly begin to be secreted from the ground and ceiling. Don't be afraid to hack them up.
Etc.

Agreed agreed.
Same thing goes for Dead-Man's zombies. Currently there are only five, but as you can read, they are killing cops. The Cops will be raising as Zombies. Anyone Jane's plants kill, will raise as zombies.
The special ops guards who are patrolling? When they die? Raised as zombies.
NOTE: The zombies aren't stupid when freshly killed, they move and act human, though usually will be screaming in misery and horror. They will use guns, effectively, if they are trained - randomly, if not.

I'd just like to mention something, and this says 'random Baltimore info' so it seems like a good place. 80 to 90% of the civvies are out by now, methinks. I'd say three-fourths of them left when the rain started and most of the rest would have gotten out when the chaos ensued.
