Guys? And I say this in the nicest, most unabrasive, un-rude-est way possible...but...what gives?

I've been waiting things out for a while, telling people who commented on the slowness of the board that things would speed up again, after the holidays. But it's well past the holidays, and...well, the rp has slowed to about a fourth of its original speed and has yet to pick back up. And this isn't one person's fault. Its almost-everyone's put together.

It just...it makes me sad. Not just because it kind of rains on the parades of those left to sit and grasp at straws for people to rp with, but it makes me very disheartened that people seem to be...I don't even want to say it, but - losing interest. GAH. I hate even thinking about it. I really, reeeeeally hope its not true.

I want to be excited about everything here again! Enough of the dull moments and waiting. I know that everyone has lives, even I manage to and I'm the most glued to the screen out of all of us! I'm not asking you to sacrifice your real life commitments, but maybe you should think about dropping maybe one character if you feel like you're spread too thin. It would be better to do that than to have numerous characters that sit for a week, you know?

I really, really hope nobody takes this personally, or thinks me rude for saying it. But I just...I just wanted to say something.

Well, we've straight out lost a few people. One's on long-long MIA(rob). One's on some funky field trip to guam or some such. Aside from that, things have been very very slow.

Personally I've been holding on a number of things because of it. I know CK's been doing so for the same reason.

Could be dyin' time, but I'd like to think not. I think it's up to those that are still here and still want to play to start kicking things into gear. Think. "How can I contribute?"

The Sombra thing is about to kick into gear, that might help. I'd love to see some fallout for ALison and maybe some of the XMen rallying around her.

It might also be time to cull the herd a bit and put a posting limit down, and start recycling the canons that aren't being played say, once a week at least.
