Set approximately 24 years after the present canon universe, The Bringers of Tomorrow shows a side of the mutant world that has never been seen by our kind...until now. After a battle between the X-men and The Brotherhood of Mutants, the government, under new presidency, instated a ten year long Holocaust within the mid-western United States. The X-men and Brotherhood members were executed as a lesson to all of mutant kind. twelve years after the mutant enslavement, a new group known only as Legion - X came forth to fight for mutant equality, while the Free Mutant Federation, a group mutants who demand power, grew as their rivals. Together, a battle brewed between what is just, what is wanted, and what is ultimately accepted....
