Things have changed and with change had come Evolution. The Magical World has noticed a strange difference it currently encountered. That all the children of the Magical and Muggle World have X-genes within them, mutating their DNA. The Minister of Magic plans to assemble all these children and keep them in Azkaban until they could find a way to rid of them.
The Headmaster has allowed, with some persuasion, those of children, who could, to come and seek an education at Hogwarts. A resistance against the Ministry and muggles has formed, lead by Dallas Costello, devoted to mutant superiority over wizards and normal humans. The Deputy-Headmaster who trained a group mutants to protect themselves and the world from Dallas' threats.
