NPC information: Python
Name: Steve McClusky
Codename: Python
Affiliation: Brotherhood
Age: late 30s to early 40s
Physical description: Tall, skinny, dark haired. Has a likeness (when the observer is under the influence of drugs) to David Hasslehoff. Has been described as having an "almost flat, reptilian face [with] the ability to take on a different look if Python so desired."
Powers: Python has, as would be suggested by the codename, a snakelike mutation. He possesses fangs and venom glands, and has the ability to dislocate his jaw. Being used to the the venom that his body produces, he isn't as effected by other toxins as normal people. It seems that his venom can actually dissolve plant matter.
Other useful abilities: He can pilot just about any vehicle. He's a good sniper, and is used to using technical gear, especially in relation to weapons. Has a wiry strength. Makes fantastic lasagne. Has experience with engineering - can fix the vehicles, make signal jammers, helped make Pyro's wrist sparker. Does all the hard work around the base. Describes himself as "mechanic, pilot, entrepreneur and all around nice guy."
Personality: Calm, easygoing, dependable. Slow to anger and rarely loses his head. Usually jovial and often has a witty reply. Charming. Has a great sense of humour. Is a gentleman. Is the voice of reason. Doesn't have the patience to nurture Pyro. Seems to prefer swearing at him. Lots.
Trivia:
Had a son, who would be about 20.
Gets sea sick.
Has contacts in Italy. Possibly has relatives there as well.
Can charm his way through airport security checks.
A former civilian pilot.
Memorable quotes:
"We're up, up and away," Python's voice sang over the intercom. "Shazam! Go, plane! Flame on, and other cliches!" Python went through life totally convinced that their exploits would make great comic book fodder.
"Ladies and gentlemen we have arrived at Orlando International, external temperature is a humid twenty-nine degrees and it is nine thirty seven am local time. Thankyou for flying air-Python, please stow your tray-tables and return your seat-backs to the upright position before leaving the plane!"
