Right, I have a suggestion as we're all out of whack with times in the different factions just now.
I propose a Fuzzy Time jump that brings us all to the same day.
At THAT point, we start actually recording game time in threads as well to avoid further confusion, with the addition of timestamps at the top of each post. So, let's say that the day of the launch is...right, gets creative, May 23rd.
This means that the Brotherhood would now officially plan to attack on May 21st.
So if I were to do the first post in the attack thread, it'd start with a timestamp something like
May 21st, Genosha, Early Morning
That sort of thing.
I then further propose that we have a 2 week - or maybe even a 1 week given the speed of this board - Real Time turnover, or simply go for the unanimous vote to move the day forward. Any unfinished threads can always be 'bubbled' and finished off in their own time.
Oh dear, this has turned into waffle.
Waffle, waffle, waffle.
What do people think?

As I have a pretty large majority of my threads already written with various people, I'm all for it. That said if it takes a week or two to get to D-day, I'll be wanting to bring Chamber in, have the confrontation with Conduit & Forge, and we might want to give the ladies in Baltimore a chance to hook up as well.
It might be a good idea to set a real-time date where we're going to start the RP for the NovaTeX attack, so that people know they have to wind up by then or else. That way we don't just keep dragging it out.

I like that plan, too.
Could I tentatively propose that people position their characters where they want them to be and we go all out for 'launch' next Thursday or Friday?
(That'd be 27th/28th July Real Life [tm] time...)

I think the 27th is a good due date. We can get this mug rolling pretty quickly, actually. Just need to get it done.
Then I agree, we should post our times and locations carefully when the shite hits the fan.

This is a very good question in general: WHat is the date "Today", and when is the date the cure will be available?

I'll take an Executive Decision and say that 'Today' is 19th May.
There you go.

So! "Today" is 19th May, Attack happens 21st May? That's cool with me.
The real time stuff I have a problem with, though. I'm so over deadlines in life after just getting out of school, haha; besides the fact that if all goes right, Rob (Kurt/Liam) and I won't be around this weekend. So if the attack starts this Thursday or Friday real time, the way you guys play... Storm and Kurt won't be a part of a lot of it, and that's sad for us at least. : (
*takes deep breaths* I don't want to curtail your fun but I'm totally a deer in the headlights with the warp speed this game is moving at right now, *lol*!
If we could have a two-week limit on days in the future, that would be great. : D Also, I do agree with carefully timestamping all posts during intense parts of plotlines.

Fair comment with you guys being away...
What's the consensus from everyone else, hold back until the following Monday, or what?

If that's ok with Bobby/anyone else with schedule conflicts (and it seems he's got everything under control), that would be great.
But if it's not ok we can figure out an alternative?

Weeell... After Thurs, Fri, and Sat, which I'll be gone for, I'll be home for like five days. Then I'll pretty much be gone three weeks straight. So if we could start the actual battle next Monday (in a week), that'd be perfect. Then I can log stuff that we won't get to before I leave. Then I'm off for a week, back for one day, and off for two straight weeks.
So I agree--IF we can be in Baltimore on Monday, ready to all start the big shebang. Pleeease?
